2024_009 This gerbil is growing into his male bulk and has a nice frame and clean body structure without being too small or too large. His eyes are almond shaped and surrounded by the lighter hair color. Ears are up and covered with the soft short fur. Whiskers are full and correct color, feet are white with dark nails. Coat is a pleasing orangish gold all the way to the back of the tail. Would like to see a little more tuft on the tail but that may change as he grows.

2024_046 Pretty little agouti. Nice build, like the white on the hind feet, the black ticking and the color of tail in second photo. Gerbil does not appear over or underweight, looks proportional and alert, not frightened or scrawny. However, in the second photo it does look like there is some intermingling of the furs of the top coat and the belly.

2024_049 Nice even coloring on this female, contrast points are visible especially on tail and feet ( love the feet) fur looks very soft and is a grayish black. Tail is the dark brown sepia color and has some nice tuft on the end. Gerbil looks clean and well prepared for show, only mention is there is a tiny bit of white above lips which is considered a fault. interested and alert. Ears are nice but eyes are slightly rounded instead of the almond shape which is desired. Third place.

2024_050 This female has very good coloration and the strong, even gray ticking that is associated with Silver Nutmeg. Her nose is slightly darker as are her feet. I would like to see more of a darker color in the tail but she is still young. Gerbil is a rex, and has the rippled fur pattern although hard to tell the complete curl extent of whiskers and fur in photos, would like to see it more curly. Very good face structure, solid build and gerbil looks pleasant natured and unafraid. Second place.

2024_052 Interesting. This gerbil has the beige color associated with Siamese mixing in with white which gives the appearance of a tricolor gerbil. He also has spots on his nose, neck, forehead and tail, all very preferable and meets color for Siamese, being a silvery beige. He's a very flashy boy with a great tuft on his tail. Head is a little narrow but this may change as he ages. Very handsome, flashy gerbil. First place. |

2024_067 This agouti female looks confident, with an athletic build and a top line that is smooth and body type that does not lend itself to o being over or underweight. Her eyes and ears are set in a broad face, eyes are not too round. Her coat is a reddish brown with ticking throughout and the line of demarcation between top coat and belly is clear. Would like to see more tuft on tail but other than that her tail is very satisfactory. Pretty gerbil! Best Opposite Sex.
