Jasmine, of Southpaw Mongolian Gerbil Project, owned by Bridget Ulrich, Dexter, Missouri 3rd Pup001 – Nice color with well-defined pointing for her age. Very little white. Her side photo doesn’t compliment her conformation or eye shape. Additionally the coat would greatly benefit from a sandbath; it’s separated and greasy looking. Tail is straight, good length, and has a good tuft. |

Spyder, of Black Wolf Gerbils, owned by Jo Kelley, Colorado 1st: Pup002 – An amazing tuft on this girl! Her position doesn’t flatter her topline, but no white on her feet, and very little white on the lips and nose which is quite an achievement. A sandbath would make her fur smoother. Eye may be a little round. Can’t wait to see her again! |
2nd
Orange Blitz, of ABC Gerbils, owned by Donna Anastasi, Hiram, Maine 2nd Pup003 – She has a good eye shape. It’s a little early to tell if she will develop a strong nutmeg color, but she shows relatively little white on her paws. Tail is straight but not strongly tufted, and appears to be short and thin in proportion to her body size. Soft, clean coat. Appears to be small for her size, it will be important to see how her color and conformation develop. Charming and well photographed. |
